Each time the ip address lease time resest's it is at the 24th hour just before 0 hours comes up as if your lease is like my you have 1440 minutes of lease time the present ip address for the wan (internet) port of the router which equals 24 hours is your's or a day. If your lease runs out and not renew to a new ip address you have no internet access.
